Description
Tow truck drivers; criminal history. Makes discretionary the prohibition on the issuance of a tow truck driver registration to a person who was convicted of a violent crime or a crime involving the driving of a tow truck, including drug or alcohol offenses, when the conviction occurred more than 10 years prior to the date of application.
