Description

Marijuana; advertisement prohibited; penalty. Prohibits any person other than a person who holds a permit as a pharmaceutical processor from advertising through any verbal, written, graphic, or other manner the sale or distribution of marijuana in the Commonwealth. Any person violating the prohibition is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. Read the Bill »
