Description

Health care professionals; advertising. Prohibits a health care professional from including in any advertisement a reference to marijuana, unless such advertisement is for the treatment of addiction or substance abuse. However, a person registered with the Board of Pharmacy to issue written certifications for the use of cannabidiol or THC-A oil may include such information in an advertisement. Read the Bill »
