Pharmaceutical processors; employment; misdemeanors. Eliminates provisions prohibiting pharmaceutical processors from employing or permitting to act as an agent of such pharmaceutical processor persons who have been convicted of certain drug and drug paraphernalia misdemeanors. Read the Bill »
