Description

Department of Medical Assistance Services; PACE program; prospective client education. Directs the Department of Medical Assistance Services to develop and implement a plan to provide choice and education to eligible prospective PACE clients. The plan will ensure that eligible clients receive adequate information regarding the PACE program option at every point of contact with the Department and its contractors.
