Description

Public elementary and secondary school students; protective orders; notification. Requires (i) any circuit court, general district court, juvenile and domestic relations district court, or magistrate that issues a protective order for the protection of any child who is enrolled at a public elementary or secondary school in the Commonwealth to notify the relevant school principal that such protective order has been issued and (ii) each such school principal to subsequently notify certain school personnel that such protective order has been issued.
