Description

Department of Medical Assistance Services; fraud prevention. Requires the Department of Medical Assistance Services to expand its existing program to mitigate risk of improper payment to services providers to cover services furnished pursuant to the state plan for medical assistance. Currently, the program only covers services paid through the Department's fee-for-service delivery system. Read the Bill »
