VIRGINIA ACTS OF ASSEMBLY -- CHAPTER
An Act to authorize the conveyance of an easement by the Department of Forestry in New Kent County.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That in accordance with the provisions of § 10.1-1107 of the Code of Virginia, the Department of Forestry is hereby authorized to convey, upon such terms as the Department deems proper, a permanent easement and right-of-way across a portion of the New Kent Forestry Center to John D. Tolley and Laurie L. Tolley. Such easement shall be 50 feet in width and run with the existing road in the location described to the greatest extent possible. The final easement may vary as necessary to reach the boundary of the Tolleys' parcel and as deemed necessary by both parties as an improvement in the road location. The purpose of the conveyance from the Department of Forestry to John D. Tolley and Laurie L. Tolley is to provide a nonexclusive easement for ingress and egress from State Route 60 to the Tolleys' parcel, identified as Tax Map Parcel Number 43-40A.

§ 2. The granting and conveying of the easement and right-of-way shall be made in a form that complies with the provisions of § 2.2-1151 of the Code of Virginia. The appropriate officials of the Commonwealth are hereby authorized to prepare, execute, and deliver such deed and other documents as may be necessary to accomplish the conveyance.

Tolley and Laurie L. Tolley. Such easement shall be 50 feet in width and run with the existing road in the location described to the greatest extent possible. The final easement may vary as necessary to reach the boundary of the Tolleys' property and as deemed necessary by both parties as an improvement in the road location. The purpose of the conveyance from the Department of Forestry to John D. Tolley and Laurie L. Tolley is to provide a nonexclusive easement for ingress and egress from State Route 60 to the Tolleys' parcel, identified as tax map parcel number 43-40A.

§ 2. The granting and conveying of the easement and right-of-way shall be made in a form approved by the Attorney General. The appropriate officials of the Commonwealth are hereby authorized to prepare, execute, and deliver such deed and other documents as may be necessary to accomplish the conveyance.
