Description

Custody and visitation arrangements; presumption of equal time. Provides that there shall be a presumption that both parents be awarded equal time with a child subject to a custody and visitation order to the greatest extent practicable. The bill further provides that there shall be a presumption that both parents shall share equally in the responsibilities of raising their children. Read the Bill »
