Description
Income tax credit for low-income seniors. Establishes in taxable years 2019 through 2023 a $1,000 refundable income tax credit for taxpayers age 65 or older with household income less than 138 percent of the applicable amount in the federal poverty guidelines. If more than one person in a household is eligible for the credit, only one such person may claim the credit. Read the Bill »
