Description

Transfer of development rights; specified sending and receiving areas. Authorizes a locality to designate receiving areas or receiving properties that shall receive development rights only from certain sending areas or sending properties specified by the locality. The bill also authorizes a locality to provide for areas defined similarly to urban development areas in the ordinance relating to the transfer of development rights. Current law only authorizes inclusion of urban development areas. Read the Bill »
