Description
Preliminary removal order; preliminary protective order for a child; hearing; evidence. Provides that, in a hearing on a preliminary removal order or preliminary protective order for a child, all relevant and material evidence helpful in determining whether such order may be issued by the court may be admitted by the court even though such evidence may not be competent in a final dispositional hearing.
