Description

Administrative Process Act; formal hearings; proceedings held by telephone. Requires officers presiding over formal proceedings, or a person designated by such persons, which are governed by the Administrative Process Act and that are held by telephone to make one additional attempt at contact if contact is not made with a party to the hearing on the first attempt prior to commencing the hearing. Amends § 2.2-4020, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
