Statute of limitations; action based on an unsigned, written contract. Provides that the statute of limitations for an action based on an unsigned, written contract is three years after the cause of action has accrued. This bill is a recommendation of the Boyd-Graves Conference. Amends § 8.01-246, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
