Description

Issuance of temporary licenses; individuals engaged in counseling residency. Allows the Board of Counseling to promulgate regulations for the issuance of temporary licenses to individuals engaged in a counseling residency for the purpose of meeting the Board's licensure requirement for postgraduate counseling practice during a supervised residency period. Amends § 54.1-3505, § 54.1-3506, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
