Description
Validity of long-term lease of real property. Provides that no lease of real property for a term of five years or more shall be deemed invalid solely because it lacks a seal or a seal substitute. This bill is in response to The Game Place, L.L.C., et al. v. Fredericksburg 35, LLC, 295 Va. 396, 813 S.E.2d 312 (Va. 2018). Read the Bill »
