Regulation of child-care services and facilities in certain counties. Authorizes any county adjacent to a county that has adopted the urban county executive form of government (the Counties of Arlington, Loudoun, and Prince William) to, by ordinance, provide for (i) the regulation and licensing of persons who provide child-care services for compensation and (ii) the regulation and licensing of child-care facilities.
