Description

Removal of a child; names and contact information of persons with a legitimate interest. Provides that, in any proceeding in which a child is removed from his home, the court may order the parents or guardians of such child to provide the names and contact information for all persons with a legitimate interest to the local department of social services. Amends § 16.1-251, § 16.1-252, § 16.1-277.01, § 16.1-277.02, § 16.1-278.2, § 16.1-278.3, § 16.1-283, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
