Parking; access aisles adjacent to parking spaces reserved for persons with disabilities. Prohibits parking any vehicle in any striped access aisle adjacent to a parking space reserved for persons with disabilities. Amends § 46.2-1242, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
