Amendment convention; free and fair elections; limiting corporate personhood. Makes application to the United States Congress to call an amendment convention for the purpose of proposing an amendment to the United States Constitution to ensure free and fair elections by limiting corporate personhood for purposes of campaign finance and political speech and declaring that money does not constitute speech and may be regulated.
