Description

Virginia Lottery Law; disclosure of a lottery winner's name and other personal information. Allows a lottery winner to submit written notice to the Virginia Lottery that he does not wish to have his name or other personal information disclosed. The bill does not prohibit the Lottery from disclosing the hometown of the lottery winner or the amount won. Amends § 2.2-3705.7, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
