Description

Marsh Criminal-Traffic Division at Manchester General District Court and John Marshall Criminal-Traffic Division at Richmond General District Court; concurrent jurisdiction. Clarifies that the Marsh Criminal-Traffic Division at Manchester General District Court has concurrent jurisdiction with the John Marshall Criminal-Traffic Division at Richmond General District Court over all matters arising in the City of Richmond. The bill provides that it is declaratory of existing law. This bill is a recommendation of the Committee on District Courts. Amends § 16.1-69.35, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
