Description
Virginia Freedom of Information Act; definition of trade secret. Defines the term "trade secret," for the purposes of the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, as meaning the same as that term is defined in the Uniform Trade Secrets Act (§ 59.1-336 et seq.).
