Description
Department of Motor Vehicles hearings; motor vehicle dealers; report. Requires the Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles to provide certain information regarding investigations and hearings with regard to motor vehicle dealers. The bill requires the Commissioner to report to the Chairmen of the House and Senate Committees on Transportation on the volume and nature of any alleged violations received by the Department and the resulting actions taken by the Commissioner when he is provided with information of a possible violation involving motor vehicle dealer franchises.
