Description

Department of Motor Vehicles hearings; motor vehicle dealers. Provides standing to any corporation or association that is primarily owned by or comprised of motor vehicle dealers and that primarily represents the interests of motor vehicle dealers to petition the Commissioner of the Department of Motor Vehicles for relief with regard to motor vehicle dealers and to appeal such decisions of the Commissioner or any court. The bill requires the Commissioner to provide certain information regarding investigations and hearings with regard to such motor vehicle dealers. Amends § 46.2-1573, of the Code of Virginia.
