Description

Naming highways, bridges, interchanges, and other transportation facilities; cost of signage. Provides that for highways, bridges, interchanges, and other transportation facilities named after a state official killed during the performance of his official duties, including State Police officers and state highway transportation workers, the Commonwealth shall pay for the costs of producing, placing, and maintaining naming signage. Current law requires the locality in which the highway, bridge, interchange, or other transportation facility is located to pay these costs. Read the Bill »
