Department of Corrections; disclosure of information; delivery of controlled substances to prisoners. Requires the Director of the Department of Corrections, upon receiving a request for information, to disclose information relevant to a specific investigation of a prisoner confined under the authority of the Commonwealth of Virginia, or an allegation of misconduct by an employee of the Department of Corrections who has completed the Virginia State Police Drug Diversion School, for the delivery of a controlled substance to a prisoner.
