Description
Localities; towing fees. Provides that localities in Planning District 8 and Planning District 16 shall establish by ordinance a hookup and initial towing fee of no less than $135 and no more than $150. Current law authorizes such localities to set the hookup and initial towing fee at $135. Read the Bill »
