Family life education; special education. Requires the Board of Education to adapt its family life education Standards of Learning and curriculum guidelines, as necessary, to meet the needs of students in special education. The bill also requires a local school board offering a family life education curriculum to ensure that students in special education receive appropriate instruction consistent with any such adaptations. Amends § 22.1-207.1, § 22.1-207.1:1, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
