Traffic impact analysis; solid waste management facilities. Requires a locality to submit to the Department of Transportation a traffic impact analysis for any proposed rezoning application for a new solid waste management facility. Amends § 15.2-2222.1, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »

effort to intimidate Cumberland county to block landfill proposed for Cumberland county. after Sturtevant and ware could not intimidate Cumberland into voting against the land fill, they attempt to coerce the General Assembly into blocking it for them.
