Description
Conditional release of terminally ill prisoners. Makes eligible for consideration by the Parole Board for conditional release any person who is terminally ill and is serving a sentence imposed upon a conviction for a felony offense, other than a Class 1 felony. Amends § 53.1-40.01, of the Code of Virginia. Read the Bill »
