A BILL to repeal §§ 20-45.2 and 20-45.3 of the Code of
Virginia, relating to same-sex marriages; civil unions.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:
1. That §§ 20-45.2 and 20-45.3 of the Code of Virginia are
repealed.
