Description

Training of law-enforcement officers; reimbursement of costs. Requires a law-enforcement agency in the Commonwealth that hires a law-enforcement officer from another law-enforcement agency to reimburse the agency that funded the training for the costs of the officer's basic law-enforcement training. The amount of the liability shall be reduced by one-fifth for each year that the law-enforcement officer worked for the agency that paid for the training. Read the Bill »
