Qualifications of law-enforcement officers; psychological examination. Requires as a minimum qualification for employment as a law-enforcement officer that, subsequent to a conditional offer of employment, all prospective law-enforcement officers undergo a psychological examination conducted by (i) a licensed physician and surgeon or (ii) a licensed psychologist.
