Description
Compensation of counties for certain construction and improvement of primary and secondary highways. Allows the Department of Transportation to pay a locality up-front for eligible expenses related to certain transportation projects administered by the locality, instead of being reimbursed after completion of the project. The bill also removes language related to an obsolete funding formula. Read the Bill »
