Description

Appeal from district court; protective orders; notice of hearing. Provides that the clerk of the appellate court to which an order of protection is appealed shall have the parties served with notice of the appeal stating the date and time of the hearing and that such a hearing shall not take place unless the appellee has been served or has waived service.
