Comments
Expanding no-excuse absentee voting will greatly enhance voting rights in Virginia and will reduce the burden on registrars during the current (but not yet implemented) 7-day no-excuse period. Furthermore, it will help to reduce lines at polling places on election day, another obstacle to voting.
