Description

High deductible health plans; funding deductibles through health savings accounts. Requires each employer sponsoring a high deductible health plan for its employees annually to fund the health savings account associated with the plan in an amount that is not less than the annual deductible amount under the plan. A similar requirement is imposed with regard to high deductible health plans offered to state employees under the state employee health insurance program. Read the Bill »
