Description

Health insurance program for local government employees; entities created or owned by local governments. Adds employees of locally owned public service corporations, local government associations, and entities created for the joint exercise of power by political subdivisions to the definition of "employees of local governments" for the purposes of the Commonwealth's health insurance program for local government employees. The bill defines "locally owned public service corporation" as a public service corporation that is wholly owned by any locality or by a combination of localities. Read the Bill »
