Description

Department of Environmental Quality; Hazardous Waste Site Inventory. Directs the Department of Environmental Quality to compile and maintain a Hazardous Waste Site Inventory, consisting of a list of sites permitted by or in corrective action under the Department at which the disposal of hazardous waste has occurred. The bill requires the Inventory to be published by July 1, 2021, and updated annually. Read the Bill »
