Description

Protective order; family abuse; financial relief; temporary spousal support. Allows the court to order the respondent in a protective order issued in a case of family abuse to order financial or other relief for the protection or well-being of the petitioner. The bill further allows a court to issue a temporary spousal support order for support of the petitioner in conjunction with the issuance of such a protective order. Read the Bill »
