Description

Department of Environmental Quality; notice of disposal of certain fill materials. Requires the Department of Environmental Quality to establish a process whereby any person that receives coverage under the General Virginia Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (VPDES) Permit for Discharges of Stormwater from Construction Activities and that will be transporting fill from a project site for disposal shall disclose certain information about the disposal to the Department. The bill provides that the Department shall disclose such information to every locality where such fill will be disposed of. Read the Bill »
