Description

Department of Environmental Quality; consolidation of erosion and sediment control, stormwater, and Chesapeake Bay preservation laws. Directs the Department of Environmental Quality to study the statutory and regulatory changes necessary to fully integrate and consolidate (i) the Erosion and Sediment Control Law, (ii) the Stormwater Management Act, and (iii) the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Act.
