Description

Department of Taxation sharing information with the Department of Social Services. Authorizes the Department of Taxation to share tax information related to the federal earned income tax credit and the Virginia income tax credit for low-income taxpayers with the Department of Social Services as necessary to administer outreach and enrollment related to such credits.
