Description
Transfer of multiple firearms; report to the Department of State Police. Requires any dealer who sells, trades, or transfers more than two firearms to an individual in a single transaction to report such transaction to the Department of State Police. The bill also provides that the State Police shall maintain multiple firearms transaction records for 12 months. Current law states that State Police shall maintain multiple handgun transaction records for 12 months. Read the Bill »
