HB440 FREIGHT TRAIN CREW SIZE REQUIREMENT

ALL RAILROADS OPERATING IN THE STATE OF VIRGINIA NEED TO 2 QUALIFIED CREW MEMBERS ON A TRAIN FOR PUBLIC SAFETY . FREIGHT TRAINS CARRY ALL DIFFERENT OF MATERIALS AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS .
TRAINS NOW CAN REACH UP TO 3 MILES LONG IN SOME CASES BLOCKING MULTIPLE CROSSINGS .
IT TAKES 2 CREW MEMBERS TO ACT TOGETHER AND OPEN UP AND FREE CROSSING FOR TRAFFIC & MOST IMPORTANT TO LET EMERGENCY VEHICLES THROUGH FIRE TRUCKS , AMBULANCES , POLICE .
RAILROADS RUN THROUGH TOWNS & CITIES AND THE PUBLIC DESERVES TO HAVE RAIL-CREW MEMBERS ON SITE
TO ACT IMMEDIATELY IN CASE OF A PROBLEM AND NOT TO BE PUT ON HOLD , IF THERE A EMERGENCY ON THE RAILROAD TRACKS FOR PUBLIC SAFETY .
SAFETY FOR THE PUBLIC COMES FIRST , WALL STREET NEEDS TO KNOW PUBLIC SAFETY NOT FOR SALE !
