Description

School security officers and school resource officers; training; students with disabilities; emergency. Requires the compulsory minimum training standards for school security officers and school resource officers to include identifying and working with students with intellectual and physical disabilities, including exercising the appropriate level of caution and understanding during interactions with such students and employing condition-appropriate de-escalation techniques with such students, when necessary.
