William Ballance writes:

Studies have clearly shown that casinos bring an increased rate of crime and violence into their community. Studies also prove that gambling exploits people who are lower middle class to poor. Casinos only operate when the house wins...and the house only wins when they exploit and fleece a lot of people with a gambling addiction. Why in the world would we bring this to Virginia? Who in their right mind would vote to invite the mob to Virginia?
