Description
Persons on conditional release; tracking device; penalty. Provides that any person civilly committed as a sexually violent predator who alters, removes, or destroys any Global Positioning System (GPS) tracking device, or other similar device placed on such person as a condition of conditional release, is guilty of a Class 6 felony.
