This is absurd
This appears to focus on those organizations such as the NRA who provides support to candidates. Am I correct in my initial assessment?
Nope. This addresses "public service corporations," defined as:
"Gas, pipeline, electric light, heat, power and water supply companies, sewer companies, telephone companies, and all persons authorized to transport passengers or property as a common carrier."
This is targeted at Dominion, no doubt.
