Alcoholic beverage control; tied house exception. Allows wholesale licensees to enter into sponsorship or advertising contracts with annual mixed beverage motor sports facility licensees who operate food concessions at an outdoor motor sports road racing club facility that is located on 1,200 acres of rural property bordering the Dan River and has a track surface of 3.27 miles in length.
