Description

Absentee voting; prohibiting release of absentee voter applicant list. Prohibits the release of the list of persons applying for an absentee ballot. Currently, the absentee voter applicant list is available to registered voters for inspection and copying, and political parties and candidates may request and, for a reasonable fee, must be provided an electronic copy of the list.
